YOUR FUTURE TEAM

You will be part of a team of 20 people, working specifically alongside 2 other HRBPs and an HR Assistant. You will be immersed in a dynamic environment, interacting daily with technical teams and managers to support their growth.
Manager information: You will report directly to Alix Guitard, our CHRO.
YOUR DAILY ROUTINE
- Act as the primary point of contact for managers, coaching them on team management, social law, and talent retention strategies.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of Scalers, including smooth onboarding processes, internal mobility, and offboarding.
- Lead and facilitate Talent Reviews in demanding environments to ensure continuous development and performance management.
- Partner with the business to understand challenges and align HR strategies with operational goals.
- Handle administrative management for new and existing Scalers, including contract modifications and legal compliance.
- Manage disciplinary files and legal issues, ensuring strict adherence to social law.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and updating of HR processes and projects.
- Implement and deploy HR policies across your designated scope.
- Support change management initiatives to help teams adapt to organizational evolution.
- Utilize tools like Lucca, Google Suite, Lever, Jira, and Slack to manage daily HR operations efficiently.
ABOUT YOU
HARDSKILLS:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HRBP, with a significant portion spent in a Tech/Engineering environment.
- Solid understanding of French social law and experience managing disciplinary and legal topics.
- Proven experience conducting Talent Reviews and managing the employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding).
- Proficiency with HR and collaborative tools such as Lucca, Jira, Slack, and Google Suite.
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written) to navigate our international environment.
