In the context of our accelerated growth and the launch of our new product Filerobot, we are looking to strengthen our international team with an HR Assistant.

    With a Team of 50 spread across France, the UK, Germany, Bulgaria, and Vietnam, and thanks to strong automation in our operations, we are able to serve more than 1200 happy customers worldwide. Scaleflex has been doubling its customer base and revenue year over year, which has resulted in a steady recurring revenue stream and solid investments - 2.5M closed pre-series A in May 2021.

    This full-time HR Assistant position is located in Sofia, Bulgaria.

    Job description

    Your mission

    Support the CEO in HR and Administrations responsibilities, such as:
    • performance review
    • career path
    • internal policies and procedures
    • employee satisfaction
    • presentations
    • BG employees files
    • collect paper invoices and receipts coming in the office, etc.
    • external vendors such as marketing partners, payroll, finances, health & safety, etc.
    • internal and external events
    • bookings and trips

    Preferred experience

    Our Team is built around people with a strong entrepreneurial culture and can-do attitude. We love people able to “do something out of nothing” and strive to get better every day. In order to fit with our culture, you must be/have:

    • Quick learner
    • A relevant Bachelor’s degree
    • 1-2 years of experience in the HR field
    • Fluent spoken and written English for international communication
    • Team-player with an organized and methodical approach with an eye for detail
    • Experience with HR CRM software is a plus
    • Hands-on experience in HR processes is a plus
    • Experience in IT company culture is a plus
