At Scaleflex, we are striving to make the Web faster by allowing our customers to store, optimize and deliver their assets (product images, videos, files, code, …) rocket fast over the World. In the context of our accelerated growth, we are looking to strengthen our international team with an Office Manager, based in Sofia with the possibility of partial remote work.
With a Team of over 75 spread across France, the UK, Germany, Bulgaria, Singapore, and Vietnam, and thanks to solid automation in our operations, we are able to serve more than 1300 happy customers worldwide with our current SaaS offering Cloudimage and Filerobot.
This is a unique opportunity in a rapidly expanding company with the goal of fully integrating into the team as an HR and Talent Manager.

Specific responsibilities:

As part of the Global & Admin department, under the direct supervisor of the Chief of Staff, you will primarily be responsible for Talent management, employee engagement, and the end-to-end recruitment process. Specific responsibilities include:

1) Talent Management and Employee Engagement

  • Develop employee engagement via regular check-ins and recognition programs
  • Support the Executive Office in creating career paths, analyzing bi-annual performance evaluations, and collecting training needs
  • Contribute to strengthening company culture and embracing diversity
  • Manage our internal communication channels (Telegram and HR system)
  • Run employee testimonials and teambuilding initiatives
  • Keep the HR policies up-to-date

2) Recruitment

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job description creation, screening, interviews, offers)
  • Maintain various recruitment platforms, tracking, and reports, and enhancing existing reports where applicable
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and recruiting agencies (when applicable) to identify key requirements and set a recruitment strategy for designated roles
  • Manage overall employees information in our HR system
  • Contribute to the onboarding and off-boarding process

Preferred experience

In order to fit with our culture, you must be/have:

  • 2+ years of HR and recruitment experience, especially in the IT industry and in an international environment
  • Interview skills, negotiation and conflict management skills, proactiveness, excellent-service mindset orientation, good human sense, enthusiasm, and positive thinking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and French, other languages are a strong plus
  • Experienced in working with international profiles
  • Be proactive and detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Confident, high energy, enthusiastic and passionate
