The position

Job description

Specific responsibilities include

Pre-Sales Responsibilities:

  • Working with Account Executives to do product demonstrations for prospects. Follow up and answer any technical questions that may arise.
  • Participate in consultations and/or product capability assessments with prospects.
  • Lead the process of Proofs-Of-Concept done by prospects to ensure they are successful and finished in a timely manner.
  • Create relationships with key decision makers and serve as external technical spokesperson.
  • Complete RFI/RFP documents sent by prospects.
  • Assisting the SDR team with identifying compelling Scaleflex use-cases for identified prospects.
  • Working with the Product team on prospects needs.
  • Working with the Marketing team to create Blog and technical content.

Post-Sales Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Account Executives team to ensure handoff is executed smoothly as prospect transitions into a customer.

Preferred experience

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of sales engineering or solution consulting experience (or equivalent B2B customer facing experience) for an enterprise software company.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS, cloud infrastructure and APIs
  • Principle knowledge of website construction, including HTML, JavaScript and CSS, understanding of OS and browser distinctions and how third-party software and plugins work with browsers, website troubleshooting and use of browser developer tools.
  • Knowledge of CDN technologies, Server Management / DevOps (ideally PHP, Python)
  • Fluent English skills (verbal and written mandatory) with outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Digital Asset Management solutions - an advantage
