The position

Job description

To sustain our fast growth and explore new markets and opportunities, we are looking for a Product Manager for our post processing solutions and cloud based services. You will be working in a highly technical environment with new technologies such as Lidar and Photogrammetry 3D reconstruction solutions.

Your mission is to understand markets needs, develop a technical expertise to help defining and implementing the product strategy and road map. To do so, you will work closely with Marketing, Sales, R&D, and Technical Support departments, as well as key Partners and Customers.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Responsible for the P&L of your product lines, you are in charge of:

  • Analysing market trends and competition,

  • Agregating feedbacks from Customers, Sales, Business development, Support and R&D divisions,

  • Building the roadmap, overseeing product developments, test, release, and coordinate product life cycle,

  • Define the user experience such as look and feel, documentations, etc

  • Analysing sales and offer choices that will best increase SBG product lines revenue and profitability

  • Help building technical partnerships to create tomorrow’s solutions

 

Expert of your product lines, you :

  • Support the sales team with competitive advantages presentation, sales tools, key customer meetings,

  • Take part in trade shows and other market focus events worldwide (webinars, symposimus) to promote your product lines.

 

This position will require travels, up to 20%.


Preferred experience

  • Master’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education.

  • Minimum of 5 years of Product Management or technical support experience, ideally in Navigation systems (Inertial or GNSS) or OEM electronic systems. Excellent knowledge of Aerospace/Defense, Surveying, or Unmanned Vehicle market.

  • Able to work in English with international customers and colleagues.

  • Ability to train and communicate with non-technical persons.

  • Ability to define priorities and work in a multi-tasking environment.

  • Capacity to work independently during travels and in a team environment at the office.
