Job description

Are you experienced in the SEA field, familiar with the French target audience, and eager to take on responsibility? Do you work analytically, have strong writing skills, and want to be part of a growing international team? Then welcome to Positive – we look forward to meeting you!

As a Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you have plenty of creative freedom and the opportunity to make a real impact. Together with the team, you help set up, manage, and optimize all performance marketing measures for the group (across multiple countries and brands) in a centralized manner.

Your Responsibilities:

Reporting to Ulysses, Senior Performance Marketing Manager, and as part of a team of 2 people, your main tasks will be :

  • Develop and execute Google Ads campaigns (focus: search) for the French market – both strategically and operationally.

  • Utilize Microsoft Ads, Meta, or LinkedIn when appropriate.

  • Continuously test, analyze, and optimize campaigns with a focus on users, funnels, and performance.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing & sales colleagues in Germany and France.

  • Create ad copy that is not only clickable but also compelling.

  • Analyze KPIs and derive actionable insights to drive improvements.

Preferred experience

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with native-level proficiency in French (C2) in both written and spoken communication. Strong German language skills (minimum B2 level) are also required to thrive in our multilingual environment.

You bring proven experience in managing Google Ads Search campaigns and ideally have hands-on knowledge of other PPC channels. You’re comfortable juggling multiple projects at once while keeping a sharp focus on priorities and outcomes.

With a structured yet creative approach, you’re passionate about data-driven marketing and continuously seek ways to optimize performance. Your autonomy, analytical mindset, and curiosity will be key assets in this role.

Why you’ll love working with us :

📅 37H30 per week – Monday to Friday

🏠 Remote work available – Up to 2 days per week of your choice

🤝🏻 Referral bonus – €500
