Our Team:

EM CHC Quality System department main goals is dealing with the quality system continuity and compliance to the local and the global procedures. It ensures implementation and well-functioning of the process. The team is a combination between Gentilly and Frankfurt employees which creates an international work environment.

About the job:

Participate in the maintenance and improvement of the QMS of the entity External Manufacturing CHC:

  • Responsible of the "Common" process: assess the compliance of the local documentation with the applicable global requirements.
  • Support on the improvement of processes (Change Control, Audit, Third Party Management, Transport Management, Training...) and the Quality Excellence initiatives.
  • Assist the Quality System Manager in his/her missions: participation in internal audits, management of KPIs, management of third party audits, documentation management, management of deviations and internal change controls...

About you

  • Experience: A first experience in Pharmaceutical Quality department or in pharmaceutical industrial environment is appreciable.
  • Education: You are in a Master 2 (pharmacist or specialization in the pharmaceutical industry).
  • Technical skills: Quality documentation writing skills, you have knowledge of pharmaceutical quality management. Experience in Quality Management System (project or routine mode) would be a plus.
  • Soft skills: You are proactive, curious, quick to understand, problem solving and a capacity to do analysis.
  • Languages: You are fluent in English but also a professional French level
