The position is located within the Global media team in the Consumer and Customer Experience division of the CHC Growth Hub (marketing/sales division). The role of this team is to support the global and local marketing, media and digital teams in carrying out digital marketing campaigns by providing:

  • strategic and operational instructions, user guides and by circulating best media and digital practices globally
  • advice, training and operational support
  • all the appropriate tools and partners necessary for the successful completion of campaigns (media and creative agencies, digital platforms).

The main contacts for the team are:

  • Global and local marketing teams
  • Local media and digital teams
  • Global e-commerce and digital teams

Within the Global media team, the role reports to the head of the Data-driven audience strategies and performance steering team . The role of this team is to accelerate the implementation of data-based marketing practices within Sanofi, by identifying, testing and deploying new digital marketing opportunities enabled by data in order to help marketing teams build engaging and relevant relationships with consumers.

Mission :

Within the team, your role will consist of:

Data-driven audience strategies:

  • Analyze various marketing, digital and business data (digital marketing campaigns, social listening, website analysis, CRM, etc.) in order to contribute to various uses of data in digital marketing (audience segmentation, content creation, etc.).
  • Analyze digital data in order to identify audiences with the highest added value, create these audiences in Google Analytics to make them available to marketing teams in the countries for activation, monitor the implementation of these audiences as well as their performance.
  • Monitor the growth and use of 1st party data (priority consumer data) in media strategies and media buying platforms

Media performance monitoring:

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of brand websites and recommend actions to optimize the performance of sites and owned and earned media.
  • Monitor and analyze media performance in order to provide performance reports to marketing teams on a regular basis and to help them in their decision-making.

Required profile :

  • You are looking for a apprenticeship for 24 months, starting from September 2024 as part of a Bac +5 Marketing or Data level training, such as a Business School, Engineering School or University.
  • For this position, you have initial experience or knowledge in the field of Marketing. Experience in Digital/Media would be appreciated and a specialization in data analysis/data science would be a plus.
  • You are very competent in analysis and synthesis and master BI tools (PowerBI, Google data studio) as well as preferably digital analysis tools (Google Analytics). Proficiency in media buying platforms such as Google Marketing Platform or Facebook Business Manager is a plus but is not required.
  • You have a strong interest in everything that involves analysis, research, and effectiveness measurement.
  • You demonstrate rigor, curiosity, autonomy and adaptability.
  • You like working in a team.
  • Working in an international environment, you have the ability to converse easily in English with non-French speakers.
