Job Summary:
• Drive and control operational and economic performance of services contracts to be delivered by Collins MRO shop, acting as subcontractor
• Reporting to the head of MRO Organization in Grand-Prairie, Texas (U.S.)
• The ASA Contracts Manager will oversee and ensure Collins will meet contract commitments towards Safran Electronics & Defense and towards customers
• The ASA Contracts Manager will control Collins MRO shops operational performance, Collins costs invoiced to Safran Electronics & Defense /customers, and will monitor reporting of Collins activity within Safran Electronics & Defense
• Safran Electronics & Defense will have signed with Collins 7 contracts for 7 shops operated by Collins as subcontractors to Safran Electronics & Defense
• The ASA Contracts Manager will monitor these contracts to support Collins based businesses in the U.S. - 80% of the flows to control are in the U.S.
• The number of sales by these shops to Safran Electronics & Defense are between $20M and $30M/year
• This position is to be hired for June 2025
Essential Job Functions, key responsibilities & main activities:
• Analyze contracts
• Build performance dashboard
• Implement reviews with MRO shops
• Build internal coordination processes
• Lead risk management plans
• Coordinate with Sherman transfer teams
• Ensure Collins meet Safran Electronics & Defense expected performance and customer expectations
• Measure, analyze MRO shops performance and lead improvement plans
• Lead regular reviews with all shops
• Ensure all contractual commitments are met
• Check services invoiced and negotiated warranties
• Manage forecast and ensure alignment with Collins shops and Safran Electronics & Defense demand management plan
• Monitor supply chain flows and check it meets MRO shops needs
• Ensure consistency of data in ERP
• Monitor sales and supply chain processes and ensure proper coordination with MRO sales administration teams
• Implement reviews with all contributors
• Report performance within After Market Americas (AMA) relevant stakeholders
• Identify risks and manage mitigation plans to reach expected performance
• Coordinate with all stakeholders: Supply chain, MRO shops, customer, quality, finance, and product support engineering
• Interface with teams in charge to transfer these activities within Safran Electronics & Defense network
• Other duties may be assigned

Experience within aerospace industry a plus but not required.
The work environment is split between office & laboratory work, with most work being performed in the office. Noise level in the office is typically quiet while the noise level in the lab can occasionally require hearing protection.
While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to remain in a stationary position and occasionally move about the office and laboratory. Constantly operates and uses a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copier/printer and laboratory machinery. The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information. The ability to observe, identify and assess details at close range (within a few feet of the observer). Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds across office for various needs.
