Ensure the alignment of strategies with Corporate Desing Entities and local operational business units. Ensure the respect of the delegation protocols, technical definition, airworthiness as well that good practices and quality procedures. Define the hiring training and development plan according to the validated workload and the growing strategy. Identify new skills, manage, develop and recognize habilitations and competencies to answer current and future requirements. Define and manage the budget aligned with the competitiveness and growing plan. Ensure the application of the norms, directives and politics given by the company, and authorities in terms of: Intellectual Property Protection, Export Control, Cyber security, Sensitive information protection. Contribute to the development of leadership, hse & quality culture in the organization.
