About the job

  • Researching the market to know customers’ problems and learn the competitive environment
  • Working with the marketing team to create materials that highlight product features and benefits.
  • Implement best practices to ensure consistent delivery of content to Commercial.
  • Training the CSMs, sales and marketing teams on how to articulate the products’ benefits to prospects and provide competitive advice and content.
  • Working with product management to define goals and metrics for the product launch and GTM, implement & execute strategic marketing roadmap that drives user acquisition.
  • Rally the marketing and sales teams around the productś unique value— both how it helps customers and stands out from the competition.
  • Developing documents defining positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, and go-to-market strategy.

🎯 Why? This role is crucial for our growth goal this year. The product team and commercial team collaborate regularly, but as the product develops faster and bigger, together with the growth of the commercial team, we need to maintain the flow of information both internally and externally.

Preferred experience

What should you already know

  • 3+ years experience in product marketing/customer success of SaaS company or on as a marketing person in Retail / E-comm
  • Familiarity with communication challenges between product and commercial departments of SaaS companies
  • Great storyteller who can translate technical feature descriptions into customer benefits that resonate deeply with the intended target audience (internal commercial reps., customers, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and passion for market analysis, competitor analysis, customer segmentation
  • Experience in creating TAM (SAM/SOM) lists and segmenting customers
  • Ability to develop a vision of internal information architecture that keeps all key stakeholders informed in the most efficient way
  • Collaboration between product, commercial, marketing will be as strong as you make it. The ability to drive results through influence is important.
  • You are a strategic partner building solid, long-term solutions. We value growth-hack skills but prefer the systematic approach
  • Fluent in reading and writing in English (native speaker or C1+)
