Job description

We want to bring you as much information as possible, but we agree it can be tedious! Start with this short paragraph to get excited and then follow up with more info below.

We are looking forward to hearing from you!

As a Product Designer, you will be a key stakeholder in defining solutions for pressing user problems.
In partnership with Product Managers will be responsible for finding, exploring and prioritizing problems, you will be expected to deeply understand those user problems and collaborate with Engineering, Marketing and Commercial teams to identify and define suitable solutions.

In fact, we follow Basecamp’s Shape-Up Framework and recommend reading it. We’re certain you’ll love it as much as we did. We understand that designers should play a role that is beyond aesthetics, making sure the company is building the right features for the right people.

  • Collaborate with engineers to devise solutions that improve the usability of the platform while solving user problems
  • Define user flows based on use cases(and corner cases) based on product requirements
  • Create functional and elegant UI designs - from Whiteboarding to Wireframes and High Fidelity Designs.
  • Use and improve our design system along with other designers in the company
  • Regularly carry out user testing to collect customer feedback, uncover blind spots and help people achieve more with ROI Hunter
  • We’ve got a lot of data that can give you important insights to take decisions that help design the product better. All you have to do is simply ask and measure it continuously.
