Rise Up is looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure the follow-up of the services provided to our customers across UK and Europe.
As a member of our Customer Success Team, you will manage the deployment of our solution to our customers, made up of training organizations and companies. You will be responsible for the operational follow-up of the project and will guarantee that our contractual commitments are respected.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the services provided by our IT development team are carried out correctly and on time.

You are based in London. You will report to the Global Head of Customer Success who will help you to develop in-depth product knowledge.
