The position

Job description

As a member of the Office Management department, you’ll play a key role in coordinating daily office operations. Reporting to HR, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently, while helping to create a positive work atmosphere for all teams 🚀

Your missions will include:

- Office operations: Anticipating daily needs, managing office supplies, tracking office-related invoices, coordination with suppliers, property and courier services.

- Travel: Assisting teams with travel arrangements (hotel bookings, transportation, etc.).

- HR: Support HR with occasional projects and onboarding processes

    - You’re highly adaptable and well-organized

    - You enjoy challenges and think quickly on your feet

    - You have strong written and verbal communication skills

    - You’re fluent in Spanish and English

    - You’re comfortable with tools like Notion, Canva, and Google Suite

      Duration: 2 months – on-site only / Part-time 

      From September 15th and end in November 13th
