Job description

Position Overview

As an Outbound Account Executive for Mid-Market clients, based in London, you will be responsible for driving business opportunities in the UK

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to identify new potential customers within the UK market.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract signing.
  • Conduct consultative selling by identifying potential clients’ needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed established sales targets.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and manage the sales pipeline efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outbound sales within a SaaS company, with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Ease and confidence in cold-calling, with the ability to personalize outreach for each prospect
  • Strong work discipline with the ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a high-growth scale-up
  • A passion for building relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions
  • Competitive spirit, motivated by challenges, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Experience with Salesforce, SalesNav and prospections tools
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
