The position

Job description

YOUR IMPACT

As an Account Executive, you’ll have the unique opportunity to contribute directly to our company’s growth and strategic vision. While you’ll be responsible for driving sales, you’ll also have the chance to take ownership of key tasks, including:  

  • Proactively acquire new customers while also focusing on upselling and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. 

  • Develop and execute a strategy for targeting and engaging customers within your assigned territory. 

  • Lead the entire sales journey, from delivering compelling demos to securing signed contracts. 

  • Collaborate with the SDR team to leverage inbound leads while also generating your own leads through outbound efforts. 

  • Showcase your entrepreneurial mindset by closing deals efficiently and consistently hitting ambitious sales targets. 

  • Manage RFPs

  • Track and communicate your performance through reporting. 

  • Contribute to the commercial strategy (share feedback, market and product insights, best practices with the team…)


Preferred experience

THIS IS YOU

  • You possess a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in B2B SaaS sales, with expertise in compliance solutions or regulatory services considered a valuable added advantage.

  • Fluent in English (C1/C2) with excellent communication skills.

  • A proactive and collaborative team player who is also highly self-motivated and outcome oriented.

  • You know your way around Salesforce.

  • You have solid knowledge of the SaaS world.

  • You’ve mastered software sales techniques.

  • You know how to handle RFPs.

  • You have a passion for sales and achieving results.

  • You have strong business ethics.

  • You’re a driven individual who loves pushing limits.

  • Your ambition doesn’t stop you from being supportive and sharing knowledge!
