Position Overview


As an Outbound Account Executive for Mid-Market clients, you will be responsible for driving new business within the Dutch market. This role is based in our London office and reports directly to our UKI Country Manager.

You’ll be our first dedicated sales hire for the Netherlands, with the opportunity to make your mark as Ringover continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the UKI Country Manager to develop and execute outbound strategies targeting Dutch clients.
  • Identify, prospect, and engage with potential customers through multi-channel outreach.
  • Manage theentire sales cycle — from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Leadconsultative selling processes by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Accurately manage and forecast your pipeline to consistently meet or exceed your sales targets.


Qualifications


  • Proven outbound sales experience in a SaaS environment, with a track record of strong results.
  • Confident and effective in cold outreach, with the ability to personalize messaging at scale.
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Native Dutch speaker and fluent in English (both spoken and written).
  • Proficiency inSalesforce, Sales Navigator, and other sales prospecting tools is a real plus.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — autonomous and proactive you thrive in abuilder role where not everything is pre-defined.
