Job description

1️⃣ What you’ll be doing

🎯Job summary

As a Patient Engagement Associate, you will contribute to the design and implementation of patient engagement campaigns across our CRM channels. Working closely with the Senior Patient Engagement Manager, you will play a key role in the operational execution of our engagement strategy, focusing on campaign setup, targeting, execution, and performance analysis.

You’ll help patients maximize the benefits of our RPM app by delivering the right message, at the right time, through the right channel.

This role is ideal for someone with a first experience in CRM, who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and working on operational excellence, while learning and growing in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

📝 Your daily responsibilities

Campaign Creation & Execution

  • Collaborate on the definition of CRM campaign mechanics (automations and ad hoc) to support patient engagement across key points of their care journey.

  • Write and structure messages adapted to patient needs, respecting our editorial guidelines and tone of voice.

  • Coordinate with design teams to brief and integrate visual assets — or create simple visual elements directly when needed.

  • Build and implement CRM campaigns in our platform: targeting, workflows, testing, and go-live.

  • Organize and support the execution of live sessions with patients, from preparation and communication to follow-up.

  • Participate in the implementation of broader engagement initiatives (e.g., support program, themed content series), under the supervision of the Senior Patient Engagement Manager.

Tooling & Operations

  • Maintain and update the campaign repository and CRM content calendar.

  • Ensure the correct functioning of campaigns through testing and quality assurance checks.

  • Collaborate with Product and Tech to support CRM tooling improvements.

  • Stay curious and proactive about new CRM features, tools, and practices that could improve campaign effectiveness or simplify operations.

Data Analysis & Optimization

  • Monitor patient app and campaign KPIs via Batch, Mixpanel and Metabase.

  • Analyze performance and identify optimization levers (content, segmentation, timing, channels).

  • Contribute to regular reporting and post-campaign analyses.

  • Help collect and structure qualitative patient feedback from campaign responses, live sessions or support interactions, to inform future improvements.

Collaboration & Growth

  • Work hand in hand with the Senior Patient Engagement Manager to deliver impactful campaigns and test new CRM use cases.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Data) by actively contributing to engagement-related projects and fostering strong working relationships to ensure smooth execution and alignment on shared goals

  • Share campaign learnings and propose test-and-learn improvements to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Contribute to patient engagement projects across Resilience, especially when CRM execution is a key component.
