Job description

📝 Your Role

Because we work with sensitive health data, rigor is non-negotiable: correctness, traceability, and long-term maintainability matter as much as shipping.

You'll be the backbone of our data infrastructure, ensuring that reliable, high-quality data flows seamlessly across Resilience to support critical healthcare decisions.

What your daily life looks like:

  • Design and participate in technical choices - Shape our data architecture and review technical decisions

  • Collaborate with stakeholders (tech, produit, medical team) - Fetch needs, discuss solutions, and ensure smooth delivery

  • Solve data problems - Build robust solutions and deliver clean, tested code.

  • Take part in Data support rotation - Be the first responder for data issues 1 week a month.

✨ Your Team

Your manager: Julien is an experienced leader who values autonomy, technical excellence, and clear communication. He creates an environment where you can grow while solving meaningful problems in healthcare.

The little ➕ about your team: The DRE team works with every department at Resilience. You'll have a company-wide impact, solving diverse problems and collaborating across the organization. Ranging from helping our operational teams to track and improve their integration process with centers, to creating key data models for medical study management. It's a role where your work truly matters.

👤 Candidate Profile

⚙️ You're the right person if you know how to:

  • Write strong SQL queries and optimize database performance

  • Develop in Python 3.x, including building and integrating APIs

  • Implement testing best practices (pytest, typing, unit tests)

  • Communicate professionally in English (minimum B2 level - read, write, listen)

🙂 You're the right person if you are:

  • Adaptable - You can understand and navigate complex data architectures. You don't stay stuck and find solutions or ask for help if needed.

  • Curious and proactive - You seek to understand the "why" behind problems. You don't wait for problems to arise before you start solving them. When you're given a mission, you frame the project and anticipate potential difficulties.

  • A strong communicator - You explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Empathetic and collaborative - You work well with diverse teams. You understood that internal teams are like clients.

  • Humble - You welcome feedback and continuously improve your approach.

📃 You're the right person if you have already:

  • Worked as an intermediate-level Data/Analytics Engineer (or an excellent junior)

  • Self-taught developers are very welcome!

It's a ➕ if you:

  • Have experience with Helm and/or Docker deployment

  • Know Kubernetes (K8S)

  • Have worked with CI/CD pipelines

  • Are familiar with Prefect, Airflow, or other orchestrators

  • Have used FastAPI, DBT, or Postgres

  • Speak English confidently (C1 level)

💛 Why join us?

Work with meaning: In today's tech market, we know cutting-edge tech stacks aren't everything. At Resilience, you'll work on healthcare solutions that genuinely improve lives. If you're looking for purpose and impact in your daily work, this is the place.
