You will help build analytics & insights solutions to support the company's business and strategy. You have a collaborative role working with various teams of the company, who are your internal customers. Your position includes tasks ranging from basic data modeling to generating useful data insights that inform business decisions.
As a Junior Analytics Engineer at Resilience, you contribute to our mission to improve patient care with data through research and innovation. You assist in processing and extracting value from this data. You help build automated solutions for deployment monitoring, billing follow-up, providing medical insights, and delivering product recommendations. You'll also support business teams in understanding data and using BI solutions as we develop our self-service data platform.

You help deliver business intelligence dashboards and insights, including:
Creating and updating visualizations & dashboards using Metabase BI tool and SQL
Exploring data to provide insights that support data-driven decisions
30% - Data Analytics Engineering
You support the technical stack for the Analytics Platform:
Implementing business-oriented data models on DBT to enable business and medical insights
Assisting with documentation of data definitions for self-service usage
Supporting tests and alerts to monitor data quality
10% - Data Evangelization
You help internal teams make better use of our data:
Assist in training internal teams to use data for their everyday needs
Share data insights to promote a data-driven mindset
Jean-Baptiste - Data Analytics Lead You will work closely with JB, whose key role is to find technical solutions with Product and Platform engineering teams.
