You will help build analytics & insights solutions to support the company's business and strategy. You have a collaborative role working with various teams of the company, who are your internal customers. Your position includes tasks ranging from basic data modeling to generating useful data insights that inform business decisions.

🚀 How does your position contribute to the success of the Resilience project

As a Junior Analytics Engineer at Resilience, you contribute to our mission to improve patient care with data through research and innovation. You assist in processing and extracting value from this data. You help build automated solutions for deployment monitoring, billing follow-up, providing medical insights, and delivering product recommendations. You'll also support business teams in understanding data and using BI solutions as we develop our self-service data platform.

💼 What's your daily routine like

60% - Business Intelligence Solutions

You help deliver business intelligence dashboards and insights, including:

• Creating and updating visualizations & dashboards using Metabase BI tool and SQL

• Exploring data to provide insights that support data-driven decisions

30% - Data Analytics Engineering

You support the technical stack for the Analytics Platform:

• Implementing business-oriented data models on DBT to enable business and medical insights

• Assisting with documentation of data definitions for self-service usage

• Supporting tests and alerts to monitor data quality

10% - Data Evangelization

You help internal teams make better use of our data:

• Assist in training internal teams to use data for their everyday needs

• Share data insights to promote a data-driven mindset

Jean-Baptiste - Data Analytics Lead You will work closely with JB, whose key role is to find technical solutions with Product and Platform engineering teams. He values relationships based on honesty and trust and enjoys working with curious people eager to learn and help. He is based in Biarritz and enjoys triathlon! You’ll also team-up with Etienne who just joined the team in a Senior position.

1. Introduction Interview with Jean-Baptiste Pajot (Data Analytics Lead) - 45 min - Discuss your motivation, background, and position fit

2. Live Technical & Business Test - 1h25 min - Evaluate your technical skills & deep dive into your problem-solving approach (JB)

3. Interview with Jullian Bellino (VP Engineering) - 30 min - Assess collaboration fit

4. Culture Fit Interview with Alice Pignarre (Tech HR) - 50 min - Ensure alignment with Resilience values
