You are in charge of mapping and analyzing M&A opportunities in the digital healthcare space, to support Resilience’s international & external growth strategy. You have a unique transversal role as you’ll work with all teams of the company to assess opportunities
You design our healthcare benchmark
You keep yourself informed about healthcare industry events
You design and maintain our internal benchmarking tool
You communicate regularly on key trends with our leadership team
You source and review M&A opportunities
You master Resilience’s strategy & roadmap to maintain our investment playbook
You collect, challenge and prioritize needs from all departments to guide sourcing efforts
You support the New Ventures team conducting M&A operations

Jules, our Medical & compliance associate, works closely with Paul-Louis (Chief Medical & Compliance Officer) to coordinate our Medical & Market access roadmap. He lives in Lisbon and loves to jump on a surf board after work!
Arnaud, our Chief of staff, works closely with the Co-CEOs (Céline & Jonathan) to ensure the company runs smoothly according to our OKRs. He lives in Paris but frequently occupies our Biarritz office to enjoy the swell.
