As part of our IT team, you’ll help manage our internal systems and provide support across several key technologies. From user support to infrastructure maintenance and network operations, you’ll make sure everything runs smoothly for our colleagues across the globe. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, variety, and working in a collaborative environment.
🛠️ Administer software tools, including the Atlassian suite and others
💡 Provide day-to-day internal user support (Level 1 and 2)
☁️ Maintain and manage both on-premise and cloud infrastructure
💻 Configure and support end-user devices (laptops, tablets, printers)
🌐 Support and troubleshoot network infrastructure (switches, firewalls, WAN, etc.)
✅ Must-Haves
On-premise server administration
Windows OS (10, 11, Server) & MacOS
Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
Experience with scripting (PowerShell or others)
Networking skills: Cisco (Firewall, Switches, AP), HP Switches
Office 365 & Microsoft Azure (AD, Intune, Defender…)
🌟 Nice-to-Haves
Experience with virtualization (VMware ESXi)
Backup solutions (e.g. Barracuda)
Knowledge of Barracuda systems
Familiarity with IT security and compliance tools.
