The position

Job description

🚀As the Office Manager of our Rail Europe Paris Headquarter, you will make our Head Office a great, easy and lively place to work, where we can build the future of train travel together. 

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for a great number of people on all office-related topics 🎯 (employees, suppliers, maintenance teams etc.) and be in charge of organizing internal events for our European teams. 

Your role is critical as you will ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for our Rail Europers, while also fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture. ✨  

You will be reporting to the Executive Assistant and benefit from her tutorship and coaching during your 2 years with us. 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Handle any request related to Office access for our employees as well as maintenance needs ✅

  • Make sure coffee, tea, drinks and snacks are always available to refuel the batteries of our hard-working teams 🍫

  • Create content and actively communicate on our Teams Channels to make the Head Office a lively workplace 💗 and ensure everyone has access to precise and updated information 

  • Organize memorable team events in our Head Office 🎉

  • Streamline operational processes to improve efficiency in managing all of the above


Preferred experience

Qualifications: 

🎓 You will be preparing a “BTS Assistant de Manager” (Apprenticeship) 

🗣️ Fluent English is absolutely mandatory 

🥇 A strong sense of service, and a problem-solving positive mindset 

⚡ A high level of energy and an unfailing good mood 😊  

🚅 Experience in a fast-paced or demanding services job is a plus 

⚠ Due to the nature of the role and the need to be on-site to achieve the missions described above, this job is not eligible to remote work
