We are always keen on networking with innovative and enthusiastic individuals ready to drive meaningful change.

Learn, grow, and make a difference. Begin your consulting journey with a team shaping the future of sustainability.

  • Do you want to learn from leading experts in environmental sustainability?
  • Do you want to contribute to projects that help companies reduce their footprint and rethink their strategy?
  • Are you excited to explore diverse sustainability topics and build expertise along the way?
  • Are you ready to grow in a collaborative environment where curiosity, learning, and impact go hand in hand?

Interested in an internship at Quantis?

As a Sustainability Intern, you will collaborate with sustainability consultants to support them in delivering sustainability strategy projects and assisting clients in their sustainable transformation journey. This role provides hands-on experience in sustainability consulting, project management and client engagement, offering a valuable opportunity to develop both technical and soft skills in a dynamic and impact-driven environment.

Locations:

- Paris, France - July 2026

- Milan, Italy - Q2/Q3 2026 TBD

- Berlin/Munich, Germany - Q2/Q3 TBD

Application deadline: 18 February 2026.

Does this describe you and your next internship?

  • You’re motivated to put your skills to work towards our mission of aligning businesses with Planetary Boundaries.
  • You’re eager to learn, curious and motivated to increase your experience in sustainability strategy and consulting.
  • You’ll get boosted by a fast-paced and diverse role: contributing to the delivery of sustainability projects, including data collection, analysis, document drafting, and presentation development
  • You’re a team player that works quickly, independently and on schedule. Your analytical and organizational skills are top-notch
  • You have familiarity with sustainability frameworks: LCA, Carbon Footprint, main ESG frameworks and report drafting (CSRD, Double Materiality Assessment, ESRS, GRI, CDP, Taxonomy, TCFD, etc.)
  • You would like to be exposed to real-world client projects and transformation initiatives, having the opportunity to test your project management skills
  • You speak fluent English and French (or the local language of the branch in question if you are interested in an internship in Germany or Italy).
  • You have started shaping your sustainability consulting skills during University or through a first professional experience.
