Leading a team of 6 SDRs, you will be responsible for the French market outbound prospecting strategy. Through the Outbound team, we target French SME prospects in order to engage them in the purchase process of the enterprise expense management solution.

This year, the ambition to grow in this market is strong and strategic for Qonto, so your role is essential to the success of our acquisition objectives.

You will join our Sales and Key Account Manager teams 🇫🇷 and report to Dorothée, our Sales Director for the French market.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻As a Lead SDR Outbound at Qonto, you will

Coach your team with creative techniques in order to foster teamwork and encourage sales excellence in articulating our value proposition, understanding the market, and being able to engage at different levels of stakeholders;

Lead a performance management strategy: ensure consistent and regular results both in terms of volume of activity and quality for the team;

Optimize the lead generation transformation in partnership with the Acquisition and central teams to increase revenue;

Recruit and onboard your team following Qonto business needs.

Their background : With over 14 years of experience in tech-oriented sales organizations, Dorothée had the opportunity to work in small Full Stack Sales teams in complex sales as well as in SaaS environments in hyper-growth with teams of 50+ people very specialized on the sales cycle from BDR Outbound, SDR Inbound to AE and KAM ;

What they can bring to you : She will share her sales methods with you while granting you autonomy in shaping your team.

🏅About You

Experience: You have min. 3-4 years of experience in SDR Outbound, including 2 years as a Lead or coach, in a SaaS & hyper-growth context.

Leadership & ambition: You are inspiring, creative, and driving your team to reach its goals. You are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial drive.

Data-driven & process-oriented: You are used to setting up and improving Outbound tools, processes & operations.

Tools: You are an expert in Salesforce and Outreach. Modjo, Aircall, and Notion are a big plus to onboard quicker into the operational day-to-day.

Languages: You both speak French and English fluently.
