Job description

We’re looking for our CMO to build our Marketing team and transform Qomon into a top-of-mind brand in France but also internationally.

We are already operating in 25 countries with hundreds of organizations using the platform and the app around the globe, and we want to grow!

We are looking for the most passionate, driven, skilled people with strong capabilities to adapt and the willing to join an early stage team (team of 20 people) with big ambitions.

Your mission in short:

  • Generate leads for our Sales team (Inbound)
  • Create a top-of-mind brand(Branding, Positionning, Digital Influence)
  • Run the marketing for an international B-to-B (to C) Saas (Pricing, offers, selfservice)
  • Bring your skills and your personnality to the team :)

Preferred experience

If you want to join a start-up in the fascinating field of tech for nonprofit & politics and have a former experience in a self-service BtoB Saas and an international environement, this position could be a perfect fit for you.

We need you to bring structure and embody the marketing within the team.
You will work directly with the Founders in a team of 20 people (Sales, Product, Data, Support).

Context is challenging and thrilling : B-to-B (to C) Saas, Inbound, build a brand internationnally, pricing, retention, build a marketing team, self-service, politics & nonprofits field and more :)

Your missions ⭐️

  • You contribute to build and run the strategy to become a top-of-mind brand (branding, reputation, digital influence, meaningful content etc.)
  • You are in charge of the global experience for our users (from aquisition, onboarding, refferral to retention)
  • You are in charge of our community of users (the people using the app)
  • You are in charge of our Inbound Strategy (SEO, SEA, etc.) and one of your mission is to bring leads to the sales team (outbound team)
  • You want to manage and build a team!
