Today, most Qobra customers are based in France. However, we have a few clients across Europe, such as RedSift (in London) and Make (in Prague). You'll be the third UK sales rep at Qobra - selling remotely from Paris - to prove we can expand to foreign markets.

  1. Selling to new customers in the UK, and generating new recurring revenue.
  2. Contribute to building the internationalization playbook for Qobra.

💪 Mission & Responsibilities

  1. Being able to sell Qobra in full autonomy, and reach your quota.
  2. Selling to customers who are in Qobra's PMF (product-market-fit), meaning satisfied customers, who perceive value, who don't require too much support, and who stay for many years.
  3. Becoming an expert about the product, every use case, and how it solves our customers' problems.
  4. Being able to make an optimal transition with Qobra's CSM for onboarding our customers.
  5. Working closely with the French sales team, and contributing to the improvement of Qobra sales methods, including educating the rest of the company about UK specificities.
  6. Working closely with the Product team, to identify specific needs related to the UK market.

    🔍 Experience required

    • You have experience selling in the UK market.
    • You're a hunter. You had a successful outbound prospecting experience and enjoyed it.
    • Successfully sold >10k€ ACV (average contract value) SaaS products.
    • You are coachable, eager to learn and willing to become a better version of yourself. Opening a new market in a big challenge, and you should be able to question yourself.
    • You are in the top 20% of performers among your team. You know what winning feels like.
    • You are very ambitious for yourself and your peers. You want to be part of a team that is well-known for its sales excellence.
    • You're curious. You are deeply interested in your prospects' problems, through good questioning and listening skills.
