We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant at Qantev, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our business. You will work closely with the sales and product teams, leveraging your technical expertise and industry knowledge to engage with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and deliver compelling solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in technology sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements, identify business challenges, and articulate the value proposition of our solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to showcase the capabilities and features of our software platforms to potential clients.
Engage in consultative discussions with clients to understand their specific needs and develop tailored solutions that align with their goals.
Craft and deliver persuasive proposals, technical documentation, and response to RFPs (Request for Proposals) in collaboration with the sales and product teams.
Conduct pilot engagements and provide technical guidance to demonstrate the feasibility and value of our solutions.
Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback on customer requirements, market trends, and competitive insights to influence product development and roadmap.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to maintain a strong competitive edge.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, technical teams, and project managers.
Support sales activities throughout the sales cycle, from initial discovery to contract negotiation and closure.
Provide training and support to sales teams on product features, positioning, and competitive differentiators.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (3 years) in a pre-sales or solutions consulting role in the technology industry, preferably with a focus on enterprise software solutions.
Fluency in English is a must. Spanish would be a plus.
Strong technical background with a deep understanding of data analytics, data integration, and software architectures.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations and engage in consultative discussions with prospective clients.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective solutions.
Familiarity with sales processes and a track record of supporting successful sales cycles.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Willingness to travel to customer sites (Asia & America) as required.
