As Qantev is rapidly scaling its team and operations worldwide, we need an Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to help us drive and scale the performance of our Engineering teams. 

Reporting directly to the VP of Engineering, you will be responsible for the technical management, development and delivery of our solutions. 

We are looking for a seasoned leader with deep technical and organization skills to enhance clarity, direction, scope, and ensure the right level of performance across our Engineering organization. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex engineering programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities.
• Build and manage a comprehensive knowledge management system to enhance problem solving and decision-making across the organization 
• Leverage your technical expertise to assess project requirements or feasibility, and provide recommendations.
• Partner closely with Product, and Data Science, and HR teams to define and program requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Be the primary point of contact for reporting progress and dependencies to internal and external stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and teamwork throughout every interaction.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or any related fields
• +7 years of successful Program Management experience, ideally scaling engineering operations in a fast-growing environment
• Deep understanding of software development methodologies
• Solid knowledge of cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication and leadership skills: you have a proven ability to tailor your communication and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Sharp problem-solving and analytical skills
• Flawless fluency in English — any additional language would be a plus
