This role sits at the intersection of engineering, operations, and revenue growth.
You’ll design, automate, and scale the technical backbone of Modjo’s go-to-market motion — ensuring that our Sales and Marketing teams operate with speed, precision, and data-driven insights.
You’ll work closely with RevOps, Sales, and Marketing to build workflows, integrations, and AI-powered systems that unlock new levels of efficiency and pipeline generation (on both inbound and outbound)
What You’ll Do
Implement Growth & Automation Workflows
- Design, build, and scale AI-powered GTM systems to accelerate pipeline generation and sales productivity.
- Work with APIs and automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, internal scripts) to integrate and orchestrate Modjo’s GTM stack — Salesforce, Hubspot Marketing, Apollo, Outreach, Aircall, Kaspr, Lusha, Full Enrich, Dust and Metabase.
- Leverage enrichment data, automation, and AI agents to create scalable prospecting, scoring, and reporting workflows that let Sales focus on high-value conversations.
- Test, measure, and iterate continuously to identify growth levers and optimize GTM performance across channels.
Drive Pipeline Growth & Experimentation
- Launch and manage AI-driven outbound experiments to improve targeting, personalization, and conversion.
- Design and automate multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls) with real-time feedback loops.
- Analyze campaign results and translate insights into repeatable, scalable playbooks.
Be the Technical Backbone of Revenue Operations
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to transform business needs into technical solutions.
- Build, maintain, and improve data visibility and dashboards (Salesforce, Metabase) to measure pipeline generation and track key metrics
- Train teams on automation tools and help them leverage AI-powered workflows in their day-to-day.
Shape GTM Engineering at Modjo
- Define what world-class GTM Engineering looks like at Modjo.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Growth
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and pipeline generation.
- Solid command of Salesforce and GTM tools (Hubspot marketing, Dust, Outreach, Apollo, Aircall, enrichment platforms, etc.).
- Comfortable working with APIs, automation tools (n8n / Zapier), and data analytics (SQL, Metabase).
- Analytical mindset — you measure, test, and optimize everything you build.
- Ownership & autonomy — you thrive when taking projects from idea to impact.
- Hands-on experience building with AI tools : you've used LLMs, automation tools, or AI agents to solve real problems
- Proactive and solution-oriented, always anticipating needs and removing blockers.
Nice-to-Have
- Python or JavaScript for advanced automation or custom integrations.
- Previous experience in a SaaS startup or high-growth environment.
