  • Engage in proactive collaboration with field leadership, sales operations, demand generation, and marketing to co-create impactful campaigns tailored for seamless execution by the SDR team.
  • Conduct a meticulous inspection of leads generated from marketing efforts, identifying and prioritizing those with the highest campaign viability for optimized results.
  • Establish clear goals for campaigns and leverage analytical insights to assess and enhance their overall effectiveness, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with SDR "Tech Leads" to monitor and track progress throughout campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Showcase your analytical prowess by formally presenting campaign results to executive leaders post-mortem, providing valuable insights and contributing to data-driven decision-making.

Skills Required:

  • Strategic Planning: Proven ability to develop a rolling 12-month GTM campaign calendar, demonstrating strategic foresight and organizational skills.
  • Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills with the capability to work effectively with field leadership, sales operations, demand generation, and marketing teams to build cohesive and impactful campaigns.
  • Lead Inspection: Experience in evaluating leads from marketing efforts to identify campaign viability, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in setting clear campaign goals, analyzing results, and leveraging data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
  • Project Management: Effective project management skills, especially in tracking progress throughout campaigns and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to formally present campaign results to executive leaders post-mortem, conveying insights and recommendations clearly.
  • Innovative Thinking: Ability to think innovatively and contribute to the development of campaigns that resonate with the SDR team and achieve desired outcomes.
