Participate to the definition and conception of project strategies, assets (from the client brief, the creation phase to the selling deck* presented to the Nissan team.

-        *Project selling decks will include CRM strategy, implementation, targets selection, proposed assets, KPIs, timing, budget…

Coordinate with the Nissan marketing project People on campaign implementation/localizations.

Coordinate with other agencies project managers working on Nissan

-        (Digital, ATL, event, media, PR, social) to be the more seamless.

Ensure that the overall service is in line with the local client expectations and respecting the European guidelines:

-        Ensure that deadlines are met/in line with project and communication plans

-        Execute day-to-day administration such as filing and updating project reporting

Management of the production process including:

-        Preparing estimates, timing plans

-        Manage the clients’ expectations from the initial brief through to final invoice

Assist/Take an active role in internal, client and supplier meetings. Prepare contact notes and distribute within 48 hours max.

Effective organization of meetings, conf calls, roadshows, (internal and external), room reservation, logistics.

Be able to present to clients at management teams and at internal meetings (writing and presenting in French and in English are both compulsory).

Respond to requests from senior account management to work on ad-hoc tasks, coordinate and manage benchmarks with European and local Agency Stakeholders.

Have an excellent understanding, then knowledge of Nissan eco-system, aims and objectives.
