The position

Job description

Key Accountabilities:

Business Strategy/Transformation:

  • Provide clear leadership by demonstrating understanding of business performance, strategy, trends and needs.
  • Support Leadership in the design and implementation of the continuous transformation of the functions.
  • Partner with business leaders & HR regional Leads to design and apply change management and transformation strategies.
  • Lead the roll-out of the HR strategy plan for function(s) and drive internal mobilization of functional business strategies.
  • Provide employee relations expertise to functions ensuring compliance to company practices.

Talent Management & Learning

  • Partner with the business and the Talent & Learning teams to ensure the organization has the right people, in the right roles doing the right thing.
  • Drive people processes to ensure that employee performance levels and capabilities meet current and future standards.
  • Lead & animate yearly talent cycle (objective setting, talent review, mid-year, talent development plans, compensation review etc.) in conjunction with the regional HR teams and coach leaders and managers on best practices.
  • Warrants employee data quality maintenance through regular reviews.
  • Manage specific talent projects as determined by business strategy.
  • Ensure comprehensive development and succession plans are in place for key positions.

Employee Advocacy & Engagement

  • Guide Leaders and Managers on how best support employees in understanding their potential and development opportunities.
  • Analyze engagement survey data & facilitate action planning across teams.
  • Lead mobilization of functional leadership team dynamics – work to improve performance of team and develop solutions to improve communication & engagement within the function.
  • Use HR knowledge, business engagement, and effective performance management practices to provide strategic HR solutions for employees and the business.

 


Preferred experience

Profile Requirements:

  • Masters in Human Resources or relevant qualification and experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as HR professional in an international environment.
  • Required proficiency level in English: Fluent
  • Autonomous, driven, self-starter.
  • Ability to show leadership, empathy, and flourish in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate respect, confidence, care and courage in talent development and management decisions.
  • Utilize creative storytelling to influence the business.
