YOUR IMPACT:
You will join a team of multidisciplinary experts whose goal is to:
- Understand the components of a consumer experience (studies, ethnography, performance analysis, content analysis, data and analytics, etc.)
- Build recommendations on experience evolution based on value for the consumers.
- Being involved and committed in our key accounts transformation
MISSIONS / RESPONSABILITIES:
CX & Innovation
· Analyze and synthesize data and information into insight, strategically framed, and made actionable for our teams and a client organization.
· Design and facilitate high gain, interdisciplinary in-person work, generating a combination of effectiveness and excitement.
· Act as an expert and guide specific to an industry, or in a functional area pertinent to our agency and our clients businesses outside of that assume for the craft, e.g. capabilities like CRM, digital marketing platforms, merchandising, in-venue technology, etc.
· Contribute, lead, design, and/or innovate use of the core approaches, methods, and tools within experience strategy.
This attribute has additional breakout by sub-craft, e.g. business design, engagement, product-service.
Client & Consulting
· Interact and ultimately develop trusting relationships with internal and ultimately client colleagues.
· Identify and develop (typically organic) growth opportunities with clients, including proactively doing so and reframing requests into more "root" problems and opportunities.
· Positively contribute and ultimately be known for (and actively requested in) developing new business proposals and helping to close opportunities in "orals" meetings with clients.
· Interact at C-Level with our strategic accounts

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :
- At least 10 years’ experience on a similar position and/or in products and services design
- At ease with approaches and tools of Design thinking, Service Design, etc.
- Fluent in French and English (international teams + clients)
- Able to integrate words and images into clear, concise, and compelling stories to capture attention and ultimately persuade an audience
- Able to speak clearly, and ultimately persuade, audiences ranging from small meetings through to executive or conference-level engagement
