The position

Job description

You will manage online & offline campaign delivery, working with internal and external stakeholders to orchestrate successful outputs for the clients. Alongside the Account Manager and with the help of the Account Assistant, you will assist to ensure best in class implementation of campaigns across digital & offline channels. You will assist in campaign strategy, set-up, follow-up of performance and insight development. You will also be involved in a number of proactive projects and analysis of industry-wide topics and trends.

Main Missions

You will develop and accompany client projects:

  • Campaign implementation and reporting which satisfy client objectives in the given timeframes
  • Oversee the trafficking and tracking of digital campaigns in line with campaign parameters
  • Building end of campaign reports and post campaign analysis with insights
  • Own the end-to-end display campaign management process for certain campaigns starting from briefing partners, building media plan, set-up, follow-up and reporting and ensure all tasks are done in an efficient manner
  • Oversee and support Account Assistant on all operational tasks and deliverables and ensure tasks are done in a timely manner
  • Work with the Account Assistant to compile all data for reporting and ensure it's presented in the agreed template
  • Work hand in hand with Account Manager in coordinating with Analyst, Trading & client teams to deliver Best in Class Post Campaign Analysis
  • Actively engage with key stakeholders in and outside of the agency (ie partners) to build strong relationships and scout new partners that could be relevant to the client

STRATEGY

  • Work with and provide support to Strategy lead on adhoc projects
  • Assist & co-ordinate with local teams to ensure annual deliverables such as the media landscapes are best-in-class and aligned with client's expectations
  • Oversee adhoc and pro-active projects related to best practice, adhoc research & proactive trends owned by the Account Assistant to ensure timely delivery and a thourough content check

OFFLINE MEDIA

  • Be the key point of contact for all offline activations between the client, the local market and agency experts ensuring strong working relationships
  •  Lead all communication between local markets and experts in relation to offline activations and ensure to keep track of all communication
  • Responsible for updating the offline budget tracker each quarter and sending to client

Preferred experience

  • You speak English fluently
  • You are curious, serious and rigorous with top communication and collaboration skills
  • You have a strong eye to detail
  • You know how to manipulate complex Excel files and advanced PowerPoint
  • Knowledge and/or interest of the fashion / beauty sector or the media industry is much appreciated
