- Acts as Client Lead and key point of entry to PMI in all operational subjects.
- Develops Global media Strategies for the 5 brands.
- Delivers global guidelines and coordinates worldwide campaigns across a wide range of off & on media: TV, Print, Outdoor, SEA/SEO, Display advertising, Video on line, Social Media, Emailing, Partnerships and Mobile.
- Centralizes client briefs, harmonizing processes worldwide, defining media planning strategy
- Manages the information flow between the Client Group and the local agencies
- Coordinates activities and drives teams from different departments on ad-hoc basis depending of projects. Special focus on digital acceleration.
- Drives and coordinates information flow and requests to all PMI across the world and acts as Lead contact for all the teams across the world.
- Supervises when needed the output from PMI across the Network.
- Encourages and possibly negotiates editorial coverage of all the media plans
