The position

Job description

As Global Digital Manager, you will be framed by Digital Centre of Excellence ground rules, and include Client digital management, develop global/multimarket digital strategies and supervising the execution of Performance & Brand campaigns by liaising with trading teams, account teams and other internal stakeholders to ensure the quality of deliverables

  • Management of all aspects of day to day digital, supporting the Global Digital Director as well as the Global account team, ensuring the satisfaction of both the Paris & London clients
  • Coordination & A-Z management of Search, Social & Programmatic performance campaigns, leading strategies with the trading teams with an innovative & tactical mindset – key focus on ecommerce acceleration, but also driving the omnichannel agenda
  • Supporting the A-Z management of brand campaigns (traders & account team), with a full funnel, omnichannel approach
  • Ensure best in class Campaign reporting/optimization/post campaign reporting, and participation in weekly reporting calls with client - point of escalation for reporting issues
  • Work hand in hand with trading teams & analysts to ensure quality of forecasts & benchmarks based on campaign performance
  • Develop digital best practices (strategic and operational), and support the Global Digital Director in pushing the Digital Transformation roadmap (including media strategy, innovation, data strategy, data governance, measurement, channel guidelines, etc) & accelerating performance to establish a Digital Centre of Excellence on all relevant channels
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders of global media partners (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter, Snapchat, …), driving execution against JBP plans
  • Be a client advisor and build relationships with key senior stakeholders
  • Help to improve the quality of the global toolkits and ensure process application within the London based Hub
  • Partner internally with the Global Digital Director to drive forward the account’s digital agenda.

Preferred experience

PERFORMANCE FOCUSED

A strong performance media background or working with ecommerce brands, with knowledge in forecasting, product feeds, social business managers, google ads, APIs and analytics (GA4, Adobe)

DIGITALLY SAVVY

With a strategic and innovative approach, a digital expert with special onus on Paid Search & Paid Social, and secondarily in Programmatic buying. Capacity to zoom in and zoom out to understand the business as well as the day to day. Someone who can be operational and hands on as well as being strategic.

CLIENT FOCUS

A business advisor, a solution orientated person, excellent at building strong and long-term relationships with clients and who knows how to gain their trust and respect.

International experience

Track record of working with international brands. With an international mindset, the candidate should be able to coordinate and influence a team and work with different cultures and markets.

A COLLABORATIVE LEADER

Capacity to gain trust and build strong collaboration with the team, the different stakeholders and across several markets.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR : 

At least 3 years experience,someone who truly understands media and how digital innovation can work best for clients. Very strong affinity with Paid Search and Paid Social
