The position

Job description

Within the Tax Department of Publicis Group, reporting to the Group Tax Director, the Corporate Tax Specialist will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Tax charge review: assistance in monitoring the Group's Effective Tax Rate (ETR) and cash tax.
  • M&A: Involvement in acquisition, disposal, and restructuring operations: structuring of these projects, analysis of tax impacts, due diligence, review of contractual documentation, etc.
  • Transfer pricing/intragroup transactions: assistance in defining, reviewing, and implementing the Group's transfer pricing policies, and updating documentation.
  • Consulting: support on cross-functional tax issues, collaborating with multiple teams across the organization.
  • Reporting: involvement in processes such as Country-by-Country Reporting (CBCR), DAC 6, IFRIC 23, Pillar 2, etc.
  • Tax monitoring: drafting of tax alerts.

Preferred experience

  • Master’s degree in Tax
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in corporate tax, preferably within an international company or a law firm.
  • Knowledge and experience in transfer pricing and M&A.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills
  • Rigorous, proactive and dynamic
  • Fluent in English
