As an Office Manager, you will be in charge of both the bookkeeping and the daily management of the office.

Admin :

- Bring support to the payroll management

- Manage the computer park

- Manage customers invoices, follow-up cash receipts

- Manage supplier invoices and payments

- Cash management:

- bank account management, cash-flow monitoring, bank reconciliations, supplier payment

- preparation of documents for monthly closings on Pennylane

- point of contact with our accountants and CAC during annual accounting closing

Office management: 

- Manage all matters related to the Paris office then the foreign offices. Depending of the performance and future needs, potentially manage the youngers Office Managers in local offices

- Manage orders (supplies, snacks, beverages, coffee, etc.) and follow-up of stocks

- Initiate and participate in the optimization of tools, software, and processes

- Work on the OM budget and ensure the budget follow-up 

-  Archive and digitize documents

- Manage facilities with the support of relevant services providers

- Plan and manage projects such as potential offices moves and/or new offices openings while being able to bring value (real estate needs vs home office policy,  etc.)

- Ensure offices are compliant with local regulations in terms of security, trainings, etc. (DUERP, etc.)

Happiness: 

- Initiate and organize events (afterworks, seminars)

- Ensure the company culture is settled within the offices and the teams

- Manage the onboardings of new employees and the offboardings.

- Follow up expenses in line with the defined budget
