  • Creating user-oriented content
  • Creating, implementing, and educating people to ensure the application of content guidelines and processes
  • Conducting content-focused research and testing in collaboration with the product designers and product managers
  • Your missions:

  • UX writing: research, outline, and craft user-friendly copy to guide users within PrestaShop software. Proofread, validate, and help improve existing content with the help of both the team and the community. As maintaining consistency is essential, you will refer to our Content style guide and will also contribute to it.

  • Translation: translate new strings into French, as new versions are released (about twice a year). You will also be in charge of managing the translation project on Crowdin, a localization management platform on which a community of volunteer translators works on no less than 80 translation projects. You will onboard new translators, answer their questions, write monthly reports on the blog, etc.
  • Technical writing: update the user documentation as new versions are released (about twice a year) and improve the existing documentation.
  • About you:

  • You are fluent in French and English
  • Ideally, you are studying languages, technical writing, or communication
  • You are curious and you love the idea of contributing to an open source project
  • Working in a tech environment and on development tools doesn’t scare you
  • You can turn complex concepts into clear and concise messages
  • You love the idea of working with a variety of profiles and expertise (Product Designers, Product Managers, Developers, Translators, etc.)
  • You are user-focused
  • You have a keen eye for detail
  • You are comfortable presenting your work orally and sharing best practices
  • Rejoindre la PrestaCrew, c’est rejoindre une équipe composée de profils, d’expériences, et de nationalités très variées. L’engagement envers la communauté PrestaShop, l’audace et l’inclusivité font partie des valeurs que nous portons et défendons au quotidien.

Travailler chez PrestaShop, c'est façonner le e-commerce de demain !
