Job description

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in scaling our deployment operations across multiple healthcare centers (CHs). Reporting directly to the COO, you will be responsible for standardizing and industrializing our implementation processes while managing ongoing hospital deployments.

As Implementation Manager, you will be at the intersection of strategy and execution: you will create the deployment playbook that enables us to scale efficiently, while ensuring each healthcare center successfully adopts our solution. You will work closely with hospital teams (nurses, medical secretaries, physicians) to facilitate the adoption of our digital medical device and improve patient care pathways.

This role is perfect for a accomplished problem-solver with a previous experience in operations.

NB: We are looking for candidates based in Paris, France with working rights in the EU.

Your Missions

Deployment & Project Management

  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects for multiple healthcare centers simultaneously
  • Define timelines, milestones, deliverables in collaboration with our team and the HCs
  • Coordinate Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams to unblock deployments
  • Ensure on-time delivery while maintaining high quality standards and user satisfaction
  • Track and analyze deployment KPIs (adoption, time-to-value, satisfaction)

Pre-Deployment & Onboarding

  • Lead the pre-deployment phase (~2 months before patient inclusion)
  • Conduct needs assessments and operational diagnostics for each healthcare center
  • Coordinate with hospital stakeholders (medical teams, IT departments, administration)
  • Prepare and configure the solution according to center-specific needs within a standardized framework

Scaling & Standardization

  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve the deployment playbook (pre- and post-inclusion)
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvements to accelerate deployments
  • Standardize and industrialize operational processes to enable efficient scaling
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation (process guides, user manuals, FAQs, best practices)

Training & Change Management

  • Development training materials to maximize adoption and use.
  • Drive change management initiatives with the HC
  • Build strong relationships with hospital teams and act as a trusted operational partner

Preferred experience

2-3 years of relevant professional experience:
o Consulting background (1–2 years minimum, including junior roles) or
o Startup experience (1 years min) in operational roles
o Experience in Implementation/onboarding or Operations

Proven ability to manage complex B2B projects
Healthcare experience is a plus
Fluent in French; professional English required

Skills

  • Knowledge of project management and process structuring skills
  • Excellent documentation skills (process mapping, user guides, knowledge bases)
  • Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented
  • Comfortable switching between strategic thinking and hands-on execution

Why Join Us

  • A key role in scaling a high-impact healthtech company
  • Strong ownership and autonomy in shaping our deployment strategy
  • Direct contribution to improving patient care pathways
  • Mission-driven team and fast-paced environment
  • Hybrid work model (2 days/week in Paris, flexible schedule)
  • Competitive compensation based on experience
  • Opportunity to build and scale processes that will serve hundreds of healthcare centers
