Your Mission
You will lead our North American region. And play a critical role in driving new business growth. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, targeting Mid-Market and enterprise clients across our ICP. In this role, you will report to the COO of Powell.
✅ Identify and engage prospective customers, developing strong relationships with key decision-makers.
✅ Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
✅ Work closely with marketing and SDRs to refine messaging and improve pipeline efficiency.
✅ Conduct tailored product demos and present Powell’s value proposition effectively.
✅ Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure a seamless handoff and long-term client satisfaction.
✅ Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
✅ Contribute to our go-to-market strategy and help shape our North American expansion.
We are looking for someone with a strong sales mindset, a consultative approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate is:
🎯 A Proven Closer: You have 3-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a track record of exceeding quota.
🌍 Industry-Savvy: Experience selling into regulated industries is a plus.
💡 Consultative & Strategic: You understand customer pain points and position solutions effectively.
📈 Data-Driven: You leverage sales metrics to optimize performance and pipeline management.
💬 Excellent Communicator: You are persuasive, articulate, and comfortable presenting to executives.
🤝 Collaborative: You work well with cross-functional teams, including marketing, SDRs, and customer success.
🚀 Entrepreneurial: Enjoys the challenge of building a company – mission driven with a strong founder mentality : sense of urgency and creates urgency throughout the organization. Comfortable with risk and has a bias for action.
