We are looking for the perfect Director of Finance to look after all things Finance and Accounting.

What you will do

• Produce and own monthly reports and present to founders
• Occasionally attend board meetings to present financial results
• Own and update business plan, forecast and budgets
• Own debt fundraising effort
• Own subs & grants applications effort
• Assist CEO with equity fundraising effort
• Manage relations with financial partners as well as banking partners
• Own, monitor and manage budgets across teams
• Carry out typical financial and administration activities (paiements, receipts, invoices etc.), ensure all financial transactions are well tracked across the organisation
• Develop and maintain standard financial and administrative procedures
• Review all invoices and make the relevant payments in a timely manner
• Work hand in hand with pony’s accountants and pony’s auditors

The ideal candidate
7 years of professional experience
Experience in operations n a start up is a plus
Experience in finance in a start up is a plus
Experience in strategy consulting is a plus
Experience in corporate finance is a plus
