As a (Junior) Traffic & Growth Manager, you will strive to optimize PlayPlay acquisition and conversion. Your manager will be a talented Senior Growth Manager and you’ll also collaborate with content & brand marketing experts in a fast growing and ambitious Marketing team.

MISSIONS 💪

Acquisition

  • Launch, track and optimize paid acquisition campaigns (LinkedIn ads, Facebook & Instagram. ads, Google ads…) to generate as much qualified leads as possible.
  • Work with the content team on the SEO Strategy and SEO acquisition follow up.
  • Bring and implement creative ideas to quickly optimise our revenue.

Website and conversion rate optimization

  • Analyse our website thanks to Google Analytics, drive (A/B) tests and optimise our UX to increase visitors-to-leads ratio.
  • Generate and test new versions of landing pages (headlines, CTA, forms, copywriting…) to optimise paid campaigns performances.

Funnel optimisation

  • Optimise each step of the Funnel, from qualification to conversion, working closely with the content team to enrich your automation marketing.
  • Set up workflows and make sure our CRM operations are functional and tracked.

Reports & dashboards

  • Build automated and reliable reports to monitor all your actions: acquisition campaigns, website KPIs, funnel…

Preferred experience

REQUIREMENTS 🎯

  • You have a first successful experience as a Growth Marketer in a fast-growing SaaS company (past experience with Lead Gen, Paid Acquisition, marketing automation, web analytics…).
  • Able to leverage basic coding skills (JS, HTML, CSS…) to set up tracking workflows or automate some marketing efforts.
  • Analytics tools and analytics skills: masters Google Analytics, Search Console, GTM.
  • CRM: has already used Hubspot a/o Salesforce and are very at ease with it.
  • Master paid acquisition solutions (linkedin ads, facebook ads, google ads…).
  • Comfortable with automation tools (e.g. Zapier, LaGrowthMachine, Marketo, Phantombuster, Clearbit…).

  • You’re rigorous and organized, able to work on several different projects in parallel in complete autonomy.
  • You are passionate about Marketing and you perfectly understand the Growth Marketing Funnel and AARRR framework.
  • You’ve got a strong entrepreneurial spirit: you are not afraid to come up with ideas even if it means making mistakes. You have a positive “can do” attitude.
  • You are tech savvy, with a strong appetite for technical and analytical issues.
  • You’re a good communicator and are able to adapt to the needs of different stakeholders.
