The position

Job description

This position is a full time temporary contract to cover the maternity leave of our current Head of Talent Acquisition.

PlayPlay is growing fast, and we are looking for an experience Talent Acquisition Leader to cover a global scope, lead the Talent Acquisition team and participate to recruitments.

This position is based in Paris.

Reporting directly to our Chief People Officer, you will integrate with a team of 5 talent Acquisition Specialists, and become an integral part of our broader "People team", which consists of 11 individuals.

YOUR MISSIONS 💪

Lead the Talent acquisition team & scope

  • Lead a team comprising 5 Talent Acquisition Specialists (3 on permanent contracts, 1 intern, 1 apprentice).
  • Oversee external recruiting partners and engage freelancers as necessary.
  • Implement managerial routines such as weekly 1:1 meetings, quarterly performance reviews, and team meeting schedules.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers across international locations including Paris, New York, and Berlin.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all recruitment requirements, ensuring the implementation of effective strategies to fulfill staffing needs for all positions.
  • Establish trusted partnerships with all departments and foster strong relationships with our managers.
  • Take the lead on employer branding initiatives and enhance PlayPlay's appeal as an employer.

  • Take full ownership of your own scope of recruitments for our 3 countries.
  • Build your own strategy to grow solid pipelines of great talents.
  • Own the full candidate lifecycle: define needs (scorecard), source, assess & close candidates, organize interview process.
  • YOU’RE THE PERFECT MATCH IF... 🎯

  • You have at least 5 years experience as a recruiter in fast-paced environment (in-house or agency), including an experience managing or leading a team.
  • You are very organized, data-driven with an eye for quality.
  • You have outstanding writing and verbal communication skills in both French & English.
  • You are a hunter, able to build and grow an outbound acquisition pipeline of passive talents.
  • You are looking for a temporary contract.
  • Desire start date: asap, for a minimum of 6 months.
