Job description

we’re shaping innovative software solutions to solve real-world challenges in facility and real estate management. As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in translating business needs into functional designs and software specifications. You’ll serve as the bridge between stakeholders and our development teams, ensuring the end product delivers real value, is user-friendly, and aligned with our product vision.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with over 200 talented colleagues in Product Development, helping us disrupt the status quo and accelerate our time to market.

You’ll be part of a dynamic and collaborative, team of developers, product managers, and other functional designers, all working together to achieve shared goals.

You successfully fulfil your role by:

  • Translate product and business requirements into clear, validated functional designs and user stories.
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Create user-centric design models, workflows, and acceptance criteria to guide development.
  • Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, planning, and review sessions.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine features based on feedback and evolving needs.
  • Perform acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet defined specifications.

*Note that it is important for us to live within an hour commute of our office for this role.

We’re looking for someone who blends analytical thinking with creativity and clear communication—someone who thrives in cross-functional collaboration and brings ideas to life.

Our ideal candidate meets the following criteria:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a product development or software design environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
  • Proven ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable specifications.
  • Strong understanding of AI-powered projects, demonstrating an 'AI-first' analytical mindset to optimize business processes.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • BCS or IREB certification is a plus.
