Job description

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst who is enthusiastic about cloud and platform technology and enjoys working closely with engineers to bring structure to complex technical environments.

You will work as part of an experienced DevOps team and help shape how development work is planned, prioritised, and delivered. Together with the team, you translate ideas and initiatives into clear user stories, milestones, and realistic delivery plans. Technical decisions are made by the team — your role is to help sharpen those decisions, create focus, and ensure predictable delivery.

You act as the main point of coordination between the DevOps team and the Product Manager, representing the team in discussions around priorities, progress, and trade-offs.

This is a hands-on delivery role with strong technical involvement, not a strategic or process-heavy position.

You successfully fulfil your role by:

  • Work closely with the DevOps team to structure and plan development work.
  • Translate initiatives into clear milestones and user stories, together with engineers.
  • Set priorities in collaboration with the team and the Product Manager.
  • Actively spar with engineers on solution approaches, impact, and feasibility.
  • Maintain oversight of work related to:

                 Kubernetes clusters.

                 Cloud infrastructure and platforms

                 CI/CD pipelines and platform improvements

  • Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers early.
  • Align expectations with stakeholders.
  • Provide transparent progress updates and delivery insights.
  • Facilitate planning and refinement in a pragmatic, lightweight way.

A company is nothing without its people. Our diverse group of employees are the beating heart of our business and the key to our collective success. To maintain our success we need you to enjoy working with technology and feels comfortable engaging in technical discussions.

Our ideal candidate meets the following criteria:

  • A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in the similar role.
  • Experience working with DevOps or platform engineering teams.
  • Genuine interest in cloud and infrastructure technology.
  • The ability to follow and contribute to technical discussions.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Experience translating technical work into clear plans and user stories.
  • Confidence to challenge scope and priorities constructively.
  • Comfort working closely with senior technical leadership (Product Manager level).

 Nice to have:

  • Background as a DevOps or infrastructure engineer.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.
  • Experience in complex or production-critical environments.

 What we offer

  • A highly skilled DevOps team with strong technical ownership.
  • Close collaboration with the Product Manager (Cloud).
  • A complex, global technical environment with real scale.
  • Freedom to shape how the team plans and delivers work.

*Note that it is important for us to live within an hour commute of our office for this role.
