Missions :

• Reporting to our Head of People, you will have following tasks :
• Internal communication
• Energize internal communication to unite employees about projects, values and employer branding
• Build and realize communication materials
• Help with internal events
• Inform employees of the daily news of the company and its environment (mailing, newsletters…)
• Employer branding

In cooperation with Social Media and Content team, you will :

• Define, create and roll out editorial content for all employer branding materials and social media (Welcome to the Jungle, Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram) for all countries
• Realize and publish content : jobs presentation, employees’ testimonies and interviews
• Design and deliver an integrated, creative HR communications strategy, including narrative and campaigns, focused on the employee experience and bringing the employee value proposition to life
• Do some research on the best practices in terms of communication and innovation
