Reporting to Jean, our Head of International Growth and working directly with the Marketing team, you will be in charge of piloting the different acquisition actions for the parent & teen targets for the Italian market with the objective to increase the number of customers at Pixpay!

🦸Your missions:

Acquisition

• Monitor and optimize our online acquisition campaigns (Facebook, Instagram Ads, Youtube Ads, Tiktok Ads, Snapchat Ads) ; 

• Participate in the development and monitoring of our TV campaigns; 

• Manage our SEO and affiliate agencies.

PRM

• Writing, creating and monitoring our email campaigns

• Testing your ideas to improve our performance (definition of indicators to be monitored, objectives, reporting, iteration and generalization of successes).

Project management

• Coordinating the creation of content: shooting commercials, briefing our graphic designers, setting up user generated content processes;

• Think and collaborate with the Ops & Tech teams to generate maximum virality.

Data Analytics

• Take over and optimize the reporting of the Growth team;

• Create dashboards to measure the performance of our actions;

• Monitor key growth KPIs.

You are in the process of completing your Master’s degree in business school and you are particularly attracted by the startup ecosystem: 

• Motivated and dynamic, you want to take responsibility in an ambitious startup; 

• Curious, you want to deepen your knowledge of digital marketing: data analytics, traffic acquisition, project management… 

• Organized, you like your work to be done well;

• Analytical, you like juggling numbers, Excel doesn’t scare you;

• You are a native Italian speaker 🇮🇹 (or you have already lived in Italy for more than 6 months and you are fluent in Italian).
