We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Website Marketing Manager to join our team.

As Pigment’s Website Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our website, optimizing it for user experience and conversion, implementing effective SEO strategies, and leveraging analytics to drive data-driven decisions.

Your expertise in lead flow mapping, conversion rate optimisation and data analysis will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and driving business growth.

What you will do

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our website, ensuring smooth functionality, timely updates, and resolving any technical issues that may arise.
  • Optimize the website for conversion rates and provide a seamless user experience, focusing on improving user engagement and retention.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies, both technical and semantic, to enhance organic search rankings, increase website visibility, and drive targeted traffic.
  • Map lead flows from entry points into the correct follow-up streams, utilizing effective lead nurturing techniques to maximize conversions and sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a strong viewpoint on UX/UI, ensuring the website design and layout align with industry best practices and user expectations.
  • Utilize your proficiency in Webflow and hosting tools to manage the website infrastructure, making updates, improvements, and implementing necessary integrations.
  • Set up analytics tracking from multiple platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant tools, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis.
  • Interpret and analyze data collected from various sources, including website analytics, user behavior, and campaign performance, to derive actionable insights and make data-informed decisions.
  • Continuously monitor website performance metrics, generate reports, and provide recommendations for improvements to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, development, and content, to align website strategies with overall business objectives.
  • What you will need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics or a related field.
  • Proven experience in website management and optimization, preferably in a marketing environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of SEO techniques and best practices, with a track record of successfully improving organic search rankings and website visibility.
  • Strong understanding of lead flow mapping, conversion rate optimization, and user experience principles.
  • Proficiency in UX/UI design principles and tools, with the ability to create wireframes and mockups.
  • Solid experience with Webflow and other website hosting tools, including domain management and DNS configuration.
  • Strong ability to set up and configure analytics tracking from multiple platforms, such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience in interpreting and analyzing website and campaign data, deriving actionable insights, and implementing data-driven strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
